Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms to enhance our online presence and support our communication strategies. This role involves a mix of video editing, graphic design, and social media management, with a strong focus on capturing and sharing our community's vibrant life.

Job Responsibilities

  • Edit Sunday’s sermon messages for YouTube and podcast uploads

  • Create 2-3 engaging snippets for social media promotion

  • Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails

  • Develop graphics that tie into the sermon messages

  • Shoot and edit announcements for inclusion in video announcements

  • Create promotional content for social media and video announcements

  • Produce Instagram reels, merchandise promotions, and other creative projects

  • Develop media campaigns for special services (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.)

  • Generate social media content to engage the youth community

  • Edit clips from youth services for promotional use

  • Design invites and reels/graphics for events

  • Create graphic slides for youth sermons

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during services and events, including live camera operation

Required Skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Experience and Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Related experience preferred

  • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design

  • Will train the right candidate

Maintenance

Full Time, Hourly

The primary function of the maintenance technician is to assist the Facilities Manager with varied maintenance jobs, errands, set up and breakdown and caring for equipment and vehicles. The candidate should be handy, mechanically inclined, a quick learner and have some experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.

  • Troubleshoots issues and determines cost-effective methods for repairs.

  • Executes necessary repairs and maintenance not requiring a specialized technician.

  • Installs equipment and appliances.

  • Follows local and state building codes.

  • Cleans and assists with upkeep of facilities.

  • Complies with all internal safety regulations.

  • Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.

  • Reports any issues to the facilities manager.

  • Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.

  • Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.

  • Follows written and verbal instructions from the facilities manager.

  • Collaborates with the teams and contractors as needed.

  • Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.

  • Maintains grounds and vehicles.

 Required Skills

  • Ability to use power tools, hand tools, electric tools, plumbing tools, etc.

 Experience and Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Related experience preferred

  • Will train the right candidate

  • Valid Driver License

 Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

  • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces

  • Prolonged periods of walking or standing

Full Charge Bookkeeper 

 Full Time, Salary, On Site 

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for management of all financial transactions of the church and reports directly to the Senior Pastors and Overseers.  

 Job Responsibilities & Duties 

  • Manage church finances using QuickBooks software  

  • Process payroll 

  • Create and manage budgets 

  • Provide insight for financial forecasting  

  • Prepare monthly and annual reports 

  • Understanding of state and federal tax code 

  • Manage church financial records and transactions 

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements  

  • Process accounts payable and receivable 

  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastors and Overseers 

  • Maintain confidentiality of all church records and financial status 

  • Work with outside CPA Firm 

  Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting 

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software QuickBooks including experience with other tax preparation and accounting software 

  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights 

  • Manage fixed assets and long-term debt 

  • Experience in managing and processing payroll and payroll taxes including returns, end of year W2 form and maintain records 

  • Experience with church and/or nonprofit organizations
