Overview
The Children’s Pastor will be responsible for all aspects of the Kid’s Ministry. The goal is to plan and develop services for each age group that enables them to experience the Holy Spirit, encounter Jesus and encourages a personal relationship with Him, no matter the age. The individual who fills this role will have a calling on their lives to minister to children. Love for the next generation should be inherent in their hearts. They will have an existing and growing relationship with the Lord, as evidenced by their fruit. The successful candidate will be motivated to fill this role in efforts to bring Jesus glory through their service to the house.
Job Description
Work with senior pastors to align the vision of Kid’s Ministry with the mission of the church as a whole
Plan annual curriculum that produces spiritual fruit, and is fun and engaging

Develop accompanying, age-appropriate crafts and activities
Lead, train and develop team of volunteers, encouraging them in the Lord
Recruit new volunteers
Oversee and manage serve team schedules
Delegate tasks according to ability and development goals
Oversee and manage annual budget
Plan and make purchases of supplies, snacks, etc.
Supervision of children’s ministry staff
Communication of plans, needs and ideas with leadership, staff and
Communication of calendar, events and other info to parents and guardians
Provide ongoing support to families, parents/guardians and children
Oversee the management and maintenance of check-in software/hardware
Maintain inventory of supplies
Requirements
Discernment and demonstration of fruits of the Spirit
Excellent organizational and planning skills
College degree in teaching, ministry or related field (experience may mediate)
3 + years of experience in Children’s Ministry
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of Planning Center
Sound Biblical knowledge and understanding
Hours
The workday is flexible and based roughly on a 40-hour work week as follows:
Sunday 8:30 AM till end of service/clear campus
Some Sunday evenings during the Life Track Season
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 AM to 4 PM
Wednesday 9 AM to 3 PM; 6:00 PM to end of service
Workdays and hours may change based on church events

Maintenance
Full Time, Hourly
The primary function of the maintenance technician is to assist the Facilities Manager with varied maintenance jobs, errands, set up and breakdown and caring for equipment and vehicles. The candidate should be handy, mechanically inclined, a quick learner and have some experience in maintenance.
Responsibilities
Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
Troubleshoots issues and determines cost-effective methods for repairs.
Executes necessary repairs and maintenance not requiring a specialized technician.
Installs equipment and appliances.
Follows local and state building codes.
Cleans and assists with upkeep of facilities.
Complies with all internal safety regulations.
Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
Reports any issues to the facilities manager.
Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
Follows written and verbal instructions from the facilities manager.
Collaborates with the teams and contractors as needed.
Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions.
Maintains grounds and vehicles.
Required Skills
Positive attitude
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to use power tools, hand tools, electric tools, plumbing tools, etc.
Experience and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Related experience preferred
Will train the right candidate
Valid Driver License
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces
Prolonged periods of walking or standing
